My 17 year old insulin dependent cat was scheduled for a hospital follow up. Appointment was set three weeks in advance for 8:30 Am. They had him fast for an ultrasound. We call at noon for an update... they not only haven’t seen him yet the also HAD NOT offered him any food. When I questioned the care from front desk get angry and defensive... Go to pickup my hungry, nervous, diabetic elderly cat to get seen by a new caring vet. Only worried about money. Couldn’t care less about the animals and owners.

Our cat was ill this past week. These doctors are honest and to the point, while also being full of compassion and love. After a bad experience at another vet, it was wonderful to go to The Cat Doctor and have them not only handle my difficult cat without trouble, but give her the proper care she needs for her chronic issues. All the staff and doctors here have been great, and it’s a relief to know my cats are in good hands!
They are dedicated vets for cats only. Went to another vet in Kent and wasn’t impressed.
