I drive an hour and a quarter to bring my cats here... ... she's that good. Dr. Ackerman is caring and gentle, sweet and compassionate. She really listens to her customers, gives us plenty of time for our appointments instead of rushing us. She works alone, no techs or assistants. So you see her the entire time, rather than spending time with a tech weighing and taking temperature, then a rushed five minutes with the vet herself.
