RecommendedI’d intended to learn to crochet and knit for years, but it never clicked. A little over a year ago, I went into The Cat and Crow with my daughter, determined that this was the time I would learn. 48 hours later, I’d knitted an infant hat and begun crocheting a baby blanket. I still find myself stopping in regularly (well, before the pandemic), and I know that if I’m having a hard time with anything, Rebecca or Melissa will be able to guide me or fix what I screwed up. Such helpful owners! I've wanted to learn to knit and finally took a class from them and I am hooked! I keep getting in trouble with various projects I've taken on and they are most patient with me and can always help get me on the right path again. It's become my home away from home. Frustrated that I can't go in for awhile due to COVID-19, but they're even able to help online. Thank you Rebecca and Melissa!

First trip out here was for the Madtown Yarn Shop Hop, but it definitely won't be my last. I'm kind of an indecisive yarn-purchaser and the staff was a great influence of giving me confidence in my color choices for the Shifty I've been dying to knit. They also rock because I had forgotten my giftcard at home, but they had the record of the purchase so were able to utilize it there! I really appreciated them taking the time to look it up. Beautiful selection of yarns with a variety of styles for everyone.
great location, great staff....even wound my yarn for me.❤❤❤ hate having to go back to my city where local owned yarn shop is usually not good customer service.
