Purchased a vehicle from Cat Creek auto and the whole experience was fast, professional, and to the point. I definitely recommend checking them out, good people to do business with.
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was never told it had significant prior accident damage. After the purchase, I discovered the car had no front or rear collision dampers, which are critical for safety in a crash. Several body panels had been replaced, including both front fenders, both front doors, and the driver's rear door. The bumpers had also likely been replaced. I was fully ready to buy a car from this dealership today, but had to change my mind when I was not allowed to test drive it. I have a service dog and the guy I talked to just kept repeating "NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CAR" as I tried to explain ADA law. This was extreamly degrading and highly illegal. I will be notifying the ADA and BBB.
