This is the first vet experience I have had where I didn’t feel like bringing my cat in was a burden. Our beloved family cat wasn’t feeling well and got her in very quickly after filling out all appropriate paperwork. Jack, and Franki were absolutely wonderful in the entire experience. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cat Clinic of Asheville. The last couple of weeks have been really difficult for us with a lot of medical uncertainty surrounding our cat, Callie, and I’m so grateful they were able to get us into the clinic. Finding this place was such a relief. They do everything in a way that’s tailored to cats, so Cake doesn’t freak out when we get there. They listened carefully and clearly communicated all of our options. Great customer service and quality care.
The worst vet experience I’ve had. I’ve tried for a few years with them, but they’ve been unable to appropriately treat my cats, and when I’ve tried to understand or work with them on their input, they have gotten nasty and fought me at every angle. I loved the idea of a cat-only clinic, but they really haven’t been able to care for my sweet creatures nearly as well as some of the other vets I went to in the past in other towns.
