Vets were good...staff not so much. I over paid as I was going to return and use the credit I had paid...BUT..was treated very negatively and was told I would receive the money I had over paid. I did not receive the money back!!!!!!!!
Great place for cats. No barking dogs so less stress. Clean, cozy, friendly staff who babied our girls. Dr Symonds gave us tips we never heard before so really helpful and a clear cat lover.
Took my cat peepers there after vets in my hometown Johnson City failed him. This is his new vets office now and it's worth the 1 hour drive from my house.
