Very sweet to my little queen Persephone.
The folks at this clinic were very rude when I inquired for my cat. They refused to answer questions and discuss services until I filled out the intake paperwork. Eventually they gave me an appointment and continued to flat out ignore any questions I asked about pricing or grooming services, or the intake process in general. I gave up on trying their service. Outstanding care and thoughtfulness of the kitty’s nervousness. Whole heartedly approve of this group.
Very caring and competent vets and techs. Beautiful facilities well-run. Cats are the focus here. Really the best practice we have found.
