I'm not sure why there was an update to the response, but I want to be clear that the delay was not caused by a wait for records. As I stated in my original review, I emailed the records to you after a conversation with someone there. After reading recent reviews on the Cat Clinic I have decided to take my new cat elsewhere. What reviews have taught me: cats are not tested properly before procedures resulting in the death of a cat, that a microchipped cat was allowed home with someone other than their owners resulting in the cat getting stolen, that many have complaints about poor customer service, and many have complaints about misleading pricing. I have a very nervous cat, and was worried that a vet visit would be difficult. Thanks to the care and attention of the vets and staff at the Cat Clinic, my cat left happier than he arrived. They were also very transparent about current and future costs, and reasonably priced services. You can tell everyone here loves cats and wants them to be happy and comfortable in their care. I would highly recommend them.
Great vet service. However they are short-staffed at front desk you may have a wait to checkout at certain times. I always book my appointments so I know I have time to wait just in-case. I'm so happy they are here in West AVL and focus JUST on cats. I also appreciate their all female staff! Yay!
