Used to be the best. But now when I have a very sick cat, no replies to messages. After many tries, finally got someone to answer the phone and was told to go to another ER vet. Did that. Cat needs follow up and after waiting 2 entire days, NO call back even after being promised a call back....twice. I understand things are difficult now but to not take 2 minutes to call back and refuse to make a follow up appt. for any day?? This is how a client of 10 + years is treated? Disgraceful.
