Kim was so wonderful yesterday as I keenly approached her as a temporary neighbour who had locked herself out of a holiday home. Kim was so kind and patient… she had the clarity in a crisis situation when I did not. Kim leant me her phone and came up with two constructive ideas to help problem solve the situation. Amazing carer, she treats each Cat like her own and they come home healthy and content!
Kim is so much more than a 'cattery' - she is a loving, kind and genuine person who will care for your fur babies like you do in a clean and warm space they feel safe in. Kim is flexible and accommodating and makes me so grateful we found her to take care of our two kitties when we go away. They come home loved - thankyou Kim.
