JBL has bought out Caswell I got a trailer washout here. The concrete pad to the right of the building (facing the building) is where they wash out trailers. You have to go down the hill and turn around, and head back out for a trailer washout. SEE THE VIDEO!
Proper signage as to where the truck wash out would help...parked on the roadside, walked in to make sure it was the right place.
