From the time I called to make an inspection appt until I left, Carl was professional, kind and personal. What a great experience!
I had the worst customer service the guy was giving me dirty looks when I pulled in to make the appointment. I had an inspection later and the guy fails my car over tires that have plenty of tread( my parents used to run a shop in reidsville my mom was the state inspector) instead of being a decent guy and just telling me hey im not gonna pass it he failed it and only told me after he took my money which clearly was why he didnt just tell me bc he wanted that $13. i’m 3 hours away from home & my BMW I8 gives me an alert that I need oil so I come here & they filled my oil tank back up & when I went to pay they told me not to worry about it. There are still good mechanics in NC ! Very grateful
