INCREDIBLY RUDE. Do NOT use this organization for your water needs. This organization does not do Drinking water PFAS testing like they led us to believe. We requested PFAS testing for our drinking water well. Drinking water PFAS testing falls under Method 533/537 (think EPA standard). Caswell only offers 3rd party Method 1633, which is not designed for drinking water. 1633 is designed for wastewater, surface water, and biosolids. Had a water system leak Saturday after Thanksgiving. Caswell was the only plumbing company that answered the phone with a real person. Bill walked me through the parts and process to fix the issue on my own rather than paying for a weekend service call. Will definitely call them again next time!
I am not happy to have to write a negative reveiw of a company. But after the tech was rude to my wife and insisted she was unreasonable on the phone call. I took over the conversation and was unable to get anywhere. I have called and left voicemail and sent an email requesting a refund as the services they provided was unsatisfactory and a broken pipe(was fine at inspection and we were not living in the home at the time and hadnt cut the grass but the pipe broke). The tech came out to the property to inspect the well and determine what was wrong. We weren't getting any water. The tech was able to troubleshoot quickly, and then explain what I could do in the future. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking.
Needed their service on short notice, and they were there at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
