Jonathan, technician at Caswell Heating and Air, came out today to provide an AC tuneup inspection. He is such a nice, professional person. He was considerate by calling ahead of time to let us know he was in route to our house. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Since we had purchased our unit from Caswell just two years ago, we didn’t have any problems but Jonathan offered suggestions to keep our unit in good working order. I highly recommend Jonathan at Caswell Heating and Cooling. Thank you Jonathan.
