I’ve personally been to The Caswell Development Center when my mother worked there and I was only 3 years old. All I have to say is it’s inhumane and illegal reminds me of the documentary Cropsey. For me being only three and remembering that says a lot but something’s are just wrong and there’s a million civil rights lawsuits against Caswell and other places like that.
