So I had an appointment around 3:00 I literally did not get out of there till past 5:00 other than staff we were the last ones. I also noticed that when staff comes in your room their hands are NOT CLEAN, THEY DO NOT WASH THEM. When in the state of undress and they knock on the door and you ask them to wait they open up the door anyways. Extremely unprofessional. l do not recommend coming here, go to an Urgent Care you'll be seeing a lot faster and probably with better care.
Really shouldn't get a star. The wait time is ridiculous , and I'm not a being looked at. They give you a time to show up and have you waiting hours past your set appointment. The front desk seems to be a bit disingenuous and pretty rude when asked questions. I'd go to CVS or Walmart before sitting here.
