I spent over $2000 dollars on cat bills and taking my cats to this hospital. When my cats had kittens I took all of the kittens to them and they microchipped and vaccinated all of them, most of the microchipping fell out. My cat got extremely sick and they gave me weak antibiotics. I called up and brung her in when her eye was swollen and she got extremely sick they said to give her the same antibiotics for longer and sent her home. I came here immediately after having a horrible experience at another vet that resulted in me being quite distressed. Casula vet fit me in within 30 minutes of my calling them and Dr Sam Pang took the time to explain everything he was looking for and why with my dog. He was kind, patient and so willing to answer any questions I had without making me feel rushed or silly for asking. My elderly cat with CKD died in 2022. This was her regular vet. Even though she was in stage 3, the only solution they offered was “making her comfortable and giving her a renal diet”. No appetite stimulants, even though they knew she was struggling to eat. No anti nausea medication. Not even any mention whatsoever of fluids. Fantastic Team at Casula! I called that day to see if I could get my Dog an appointment and they did their best and I got in the same day. The Team was so caring and lovely to Cooper (my dog) and he was rewarded for going there! (Dog treat afterwards). Will definitely be going again as we have just moved to the area and love the atmosphere there!
