Although the Doctors at this practice are great, it's a shame the receptionist is the blame for a decline in their patients. The receptionist at this practice is a miserable old woman who displays a lack of intelligence, empathy and professionalism.
The receptionist is disgusting. Very rude and unhelpful, at her age I wonder how she got by holding any job with people skills like that. She must be related to the doctors. Terrible practice. Don’t waste your time here, even if you’re desperate.
I moved from the north coast to Casula 5 months ago was not looking forward to finding a new Doctor, I was so lucky to find Dr Andrew Tram , he is so caring, does not rush you , and is an excellent Doctor. All the staff are lovely.Yes they are often busy and you might have to wait to see the Dr of your choice but they do their best to help you .
