I have reviewed this place before and since I received a response from the medical centre I decided to go back to check if I was too harsh in my review or if I was right the first time. This time I called ahead and asked if the doctor was running on time and added my name on the list so I would not have to wait. I was told to come in 2 hours after my appointment time as she had 2 patients left and was still made to wait 30-40 minutes. I do not understand what the point of the appointments is. Horrible, disgusting service ever i have face in last 20yrs of my Sydney life .. I really dont bother to give my review anywhere but yesterdays experience give me too much . This medical centre services is pathetic and worsemedicalcentrei have seen before . . Yesterday i call there as my son got hurt at school, no one picked up the phone , I was waiting ( as they never ever pick up the phone) in the line 19mins . The Reception ladies are very and helpful. DR Huda is our Family Doctor and is the best. Listens patiently and always follows up. Highly recommend
