The Reception ladies are very and helpful. DR Huda is our Family Doctor and is the best. Listens patiently and always follows up. Highly recommend
The longest wait for a doctor. Every person who came to reception after me somehow was called in prior to me. An hour of waiting for a 3 minute appointment and a $20 out of gap fee.
If you book an appointment here, make it hours earlier than when you actually want to see the doctor—because they consistently overbook. It feels like they prioritize profit over patient care. The front desk staff are unprofessional, often rude, and I’ve witnessed them laughing among themselves when patients express frustration about delays. ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disgraceful experience at this so-called “medical centre”! I booked a 12:00 PM appointment, expecting to be seen on time because, you know, that’s the ENTIRE POINT of making an appointment! Yet here I am, over an HOUR later, still sitting in this overcrowded, stuffy waiting room with no doctor in sight! What an utter waste of my time!
