Unfriendly Indian male on phone when I rung about my son and very judgemental disrespectful and very unhelpful. Asian woman doctor makes accusations against parents that aren't true and very damaging to their character when its the sons phycosis and her lack of experience is obvious. Previous medical professionals disagreed and were on to it. Good vibe the day I walked in. Kind staff doing a great job within at moments their challenging circumstances but not letting this stop them from making quality time for others at all other times.
Satisfactory at all features that is from the staff to the design of the building and food
