I have to thank Julie for introducing me to the Metabolic Balance, I have had hip and knee issues and needed to drop some weight. At the end of 9 weeks I have lost 10kg and feel so much better, the pain in my hip and knee has significantly reduced. I have more energy and sleeping so much better.
