A wonderful clinic. We were recently visiting in the area and my son saw Dr Jacques he is a fantastic doctor very thorough and he was so kind and patient with him. It was a great experience.
Very disappointing. I’ve been a client for over 10 years, single mother with 3 girls. Never have I been charged, always bulk billed, health care card, Medicare etc.My 18 year old visited today to discuss a serious/ concerning matter. We left the office to discuss outside what had been addressed by the doctor. We were then confronted by a very hostile receptionist who demanded we pay for the consult. Great GP centre. Dr Matthew is very thorough and empathetic and always follows up on results and check ups. He is very knowledgeable about helping and offers a variety of solutions for every problem including mental health.
