On November 16, 2018, a vehicle driven by the owner of policy 00093588 rear-ended me. I was sitting at a red light and the driver was obviously not paying attention. The driver had no license or identification and spoke no English. So, I called the police and had an official report made of the incident. They are crooks and will lie and make you pay all kind of money for a car and then tell you oops I'm sorry that happened. Smh! Why can't you tell people everything before making them jump through hoops to get a claim filed?? Shady place for insurance. Terrible customer service and they are liars and rude when you want to complain how they handled your cliam.
