Wonderful customer service. Personable as well and personal. Salesman, Jamal, had a good knowlege of his merchandise and branding. He also took the time to fully comprehend my needs and not just sell me a bill of goods. Seemed to be interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase and not soley interested in making a sale.
On Sunday Dec 10, 2015 I went to this location to purchase a gift. I selected two long sleeve, white dress shirts from the shelf in the back of the store. I took the shirts to the register and told the female cashier that the shirts had a lot of dust and lint on them. I asked if she had a lint brush, which she did and she HANDED THE LINT BRUSH TO ME. Really? I asked if she really expected me to pay $49.50 for each shirt AND clean the lint off as well before I purchased them. She just looked at me. Long story short, she clean... read more
