We are replacing furniture we bought 10 years ago from Casual Living. We will not be purchasing from them again. The last furniture we bought from them was the best they sold or so they said. It was anodized aluminum and it was expensive. I was told the if the finish ever started chipping it would be replaced as it had a lifetime guarantee. It started chipping 3-4 years in and we were told too bad, nothing could be done.

No wonder this location is going out of business. We came to spend money today, Open signs were off and doors locked at 4:33 despite the fact that they were open till 5:00 pm per the sign on the door. Employees and a few customers spotted inside. Finally, after going to both doors twice..someone let us in. She promptly reminded us at 4:43 that they would be closing in a few minutes. A very nice and huge store with a great selection of outdoor furniture as well as Fireplace hardware and all kinds of accessories. Staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately they informed us that they are liquidating everything and going out of business. So if you want to take advantage of great pricing get it now before it's all gone.
