Great service and quality. Very honest run business.
I had a BGE warranty issue. Though I didn't get the final part from CI, the staff were very helpful and willing to do whatever to help me get the part. Very courteous and straightforward. Wish I had gotten my BGE from the to start with. Thanks to the team for doing what they do to provide for the community.
We purchased two sets of gas logs for our fireplaces from these guys, very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall excellent service. We will consider them again for our next outdoor purchase!
You won't find a better company with wonderful people than you will with Casual Image. We had purchased some outdoor patio furniture to use on the new porch that we had just had built. Once they delivered the sofa-we noticed that the middle leg was off the floor. We sent pictures of it and, without any issue, they sent out another sofa-only to find out that this other piece they sent out did the exact same thing.
