Went in today wanting to order a mattress. We had been in May 5th and asked about an extra firm mattress. We were told we would get a call about whether it could be ordered but we never received a call. So we went in today to talk with them. the man working was extremely rude and lost our business. We previously bought 2 recliners and a couch and this would have been our third mattress. We won't be back.

What I was trying to convey, not very successfully, was that you were looking for a firm mattress, which was firmer than what we had on the floor. It was a mattress that we were not familiar with, did not have on our floor, and more importantly, one that you lever tried or had a name for. After looking a lot they had the best price with warranty
Yes we just got our new recliner a couple weeks ago , Love it ! Was told it would arrive in between 1:00/2:00 sure enough it came 1:30 Chad and Kyle delivered it and were so helpful and friendly .... THANKS TO ALL AT CASUAL HOME......
