I have lived in this park for quite a while, and I can genuinely say this is the worst it has ever been. The park tore down 8 trailers and left nails and screws everywhere. I had to have a tire replaced due to a screw in the side wall of the tire, as have a few other tenants. Not to mention that they upped the rent from $348 to $485. There are constant water leaks in the empty lots, which affects everyone water pressure, There is no on-site manager and no on-site maintenance. This place has gone Downhill Fast. It’s an absolute Eyesore with more dilapidated run down trailers than a junkyard. I’m sure this place is rat infested and cockroaches too! I visit friends on occasion that live in this Hell-Hole and to pay over $400.00 for Lot Rent a month should be a Crime!!! Kids run wild morning, noon and night knocking on doors asking for $$ or snacks on a daily basis. There is No playground or any kind of recreational offerings to keep the children entertained. I have lived in this park for going on 15 years. This place is getting so run down. The grass never gets cut anymore. No management comes out here. No maintenance man on site. Kids run a muck in the park all hours of the night. Nobody cares anymore. The place was starting to look up until new management took over. Now it's like this park gets pushed to the back burner. Half the trailers have roaches, would not recommend!
I left an email a while ago and still have not heard anything yet. I have been looking to move and buy a trailer.
