This company pulls out every dirty trick in the book to not honour a warranty claim when a fireplace arrives broken from their warehouse. This company has no integrity and will just use any made-up reason to openly call you a liar and will just refuse the warranty claim. This company doesn't even inspect the units when they arrive by sea shipping from Denmark. They just onward forward to consumers. If any damage is done between Denmark and the consumer's end destination. They just blame the consumers.

You'd go a long way before you'd find a more dedicated team like Castworks. 'Customer Service' is their middle name! I will name all of them Kerry, Daniel, Richard, Darryl, Michelle and not forgetting the "head honcho" CJ. We appreciate their good old fashioned 'Above and beyond' approach to business.
