Wonderful staff, caring people who want the best for their patients.
Tried to make an appointment but was told they require referrals. Texas law changed so that a referral is not necessary for treatment up to 10 days. Anything beyond 10 days a referral is required. Seems like they aren’t really interested in patient care.
Seems to be a pattern with the reviews on here but again bad experience with Dr Sanchez. Rude, unprofessional and not welcoming. I would avoid this facility and ask for another if you are referred here
I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon to do physical therapy on my neck due to ongoing pain from my car accident back in 2017 that has now developed into cervical stenosis… which causes excruciating pain not only in my neck, but shoulders and arms as well as mind numbing migraines! The staff at the front desk have been extremely polite and patient with me in the days leading up to my appointment as well as the moment I walked in the door! So they aren’t the issue!!!!
