1 Star. I’ve been coming here for a long time and it used to be much better service. It’s gone way down hill, today I went with my wife and there was no other customer, we pulled up with two cars and they made us pull in and out of the garage ourselves, no communication and after we paid we went outside and everyone was sitting in there phones, they did do 2 oil changes in under 10 minutes but I really doubt how thoroughly it was done, I won’t be coming here again.

I’ve been to Lube Pros a couple of times now for oil changes and state registration, and I’ve consistently been impressed with their quick and efficient service. This most recent visit really stood out. I was in a hurry, and without even mentioning it, one of the workers told me, “We’ll have you out in 10 minutes.” I set a timer on my phone just out of curiosity—and sure enough, I had already paid and was pulling out before the 10-minute mark.
