Great Oil Change facility. They don't have kids outside waving signs to try and draw you in and then up charge you over $100 for an oil change. They give you an honest price and have you out the door in 10 minutes. I will never go back to the dealership again. Love this place!
I’ve been going here for about 3.5 years the first mistake they made was on my wife’s car and they didn’t put a washer back on causing the oil to leak all over the under tray. I forgave them and kept moving forward, because I realize mistakes happen. Sadly, the quality is not good anymore with whoever they’re hiring and rowing out what I understand to be where item is my drain plug bolt. In my 44 years of driving a car, I never thought I would write a 5 star review about an oil change place for my car, but when I am impressed by a business or disappointed I will let others know. Castrol Kennesaw Express Lube has my business from now on. I was not up sold on anything and got an honest oil change. They did checked my car, added fluids and I was out in 10 minutes and paid half of what I have paid in the last 10 years at the dealer and these pop up oil change places pretending to give you a discount code! Brian is about helping his customers and ensuring they are happy when they leave. I do not trust my car with anyone else. Best place in Kennesaw, by far, when it comes to quality work and great customer service.
My water Pump went out. And then got fixed in no time, excellent work. I would come back. Excellent service.
