I went to do my oil change and there was 2 young fellas no more than 23 years old. They forgot to take my payment, receipt, check my tire pressure and sticker on the window for my next visit. Very disappointed on my services due to having two young men that didn’t know what they were doing.
Great Oil Change facility. They don't have kids outside waving signs to try and draw you in and then up charge you over $100 for an oil change. They give you an honest price and have you out the door in 10 minutes. I will never go back to the dealership again. Love this place!
I’ve been going here for about 3.5 years the first mistake they made was on my wife’s car and they didn’t put a washer back on causing the oil to leak all over the under tray. I forgave them and kept moving forward, because I realize mistakes happen. Sadly, the quality is not good anymore with whoever they’re hiring and rowing out what I understand to be where item is my drain plug bolt.
