I called to check the availability and price for iil change and then when i came to the shop they said they dont have premium oil
Customer for 10 yrs , all excellent except a mechanical issues and damages my truck, manager totally negligence on following up by an inspection on damages to assess my claim, unnecessary compliance, poor judgement for neglected communication, sad customer service, still waiting for a call after a month, Joe is the managers and should be ashamed of his tactics, dealering H.
