They don’t upsell! You drive into the bay and say what you want - and that’s it. It’s easy, convenient and efficient. I had one car in front of me and had to wait about 10-12 min. The staff are very friendly and professional. They aren’t working miserably like some other shops. On top of that I got a free car wash which is a really nice touch considering I was already given competitive pricing for my oil change. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!!
I had a great experience at Castrol Express Oil Change. Their prices are very reasonable — much better than many other places. What I really appreciated is that they actually listen to you. Unlike some dealerships where service advisors don’t like being asked questions about your car, the team here is patient and happy to explain everything. Was today for the first time with the guys. I want to thank mechanic Joe for a job well done, this man is very kind, helpful, and a master of his craft. I want to say a big thank you to these guys. they really work quickly and efficiently.
