Went to Castrol Express Centre for an engine oil change. Confirmed the price and type of oil - OW20 with them. They overcharged me and the receipt had 5W30 instead of OW20. Went back. Got my money back and they replaced the oil. When I got home I realized my transmission was leaking badly. And it was not leaking before. Went to another garage they found that the bolt was very loosed causing the leak. Took some pics of the oil leak and went back to Castrol Express and they were in denial.
