Very nice and hygienic place for exercising
Great workout
For someone who has NEVER been able to keep myself accountable with exercising, this experience has already been so empowering. My first time going, I was struggling to complete any of the exercises and found myself taking multiple water breaks throughout the class. Now, a little over 2 months later, I find myself excited to come to class and am attending 4-6 classes/week.
