Got a Smog Check, the shop was reliable as always,, check-in was smooth, they have a new person at the counter, she’s awesome! had our car back in less than an hour. Great team of techs and service as always.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this shop. I came in politely because I wanted to get my car’s A/C diagnosed and repaired. I greeted the receptionist, was friendly, and simply wanted to know how much it would cost to inspect the problem before any work was started.
