Update: As of August 20, 2025 my ChargePoint level 2 device lost the ability to see WIFI. Company sent me a replacement and I contacted Castro Electrical Services on October 2, 2025 for a quote to replace my existing level 2 charger with exactly the same model. The job would require to remove the charger from the wall in my garage, reuse the same already pre drilled holes, place the new device and reconnect the wires. Excellent company with good service in timely manner. Also, very clean finished work.
Won’t use again. $500 to replace an outlet that took 15 mins. $255 for first hour and $241 for parts. After diagnosing the problem, the Technician asked to put off the job for another week.
Very professional. Darwin came ready and solved the problem efficiently. Very trustworthy service.
I gave them 1 star because there was no option to give zero. Jorge was prompt and pleasant. Their $69 fee is just for showing up, then there is a $225 diagnostic fee. He identified the problem and did a temporary fix, and the major fix would be $3000 at a later date. The temp didn't last 2 hours. Over the past week I have called at least 3 times and promised a response which I never received. Terrible customer service, a waste of money.
