Won’t use again. $500 to replace an outlet that took 15 mins. $255 for first hour and $241 for parts. After diagnosing the problem, the Technician asked to put off the job for another week.

I gave them 1 star because there was no option to give zero. Jorge was prompt and pleasant. Their $69 fee is just for showing up, then there is a $225 diagnostic fee. He identified the problem and did a temporary fix, and the major fix would be $3000 at a later date. The temp didn't last 2 hours. Over the past week I have called at least 3 times and promised a response which I never received. Terrible customer service, a waste of money.
Called to schedule an estimate for some electrical work. Scheduled an appointment. Someone called after that and said there was a mistake and we couldn’t have that appointment and rescheduled us for a date 2 days later. On the day of the appointment, someone showed up, did not get out of their truck and then left. I called to find out what happened and the operator said they’d call him and get back to us. No one called back.
Friendly plumber said the toilet needed to be replaced as the tank was cracked and he turned off the water to it. When I went back to measure for a replacement, the valve was leaking, which wasn't the original problem.
