Please save your time and money. I went yesterday to buy a tire (used. Although it was cheap it was painted over and cut. I didn't notice it because I was in a hurry and they took advantage of that. Please don't make the same mistake I did and trust them. It's really messed up they put ppls lives at risk by saying them unusable tires.
Got a tire replaced for a used tire for $45 dollars. Here are some pics. Not good or bad just providing information. Overall 🤷♂️
