My experience with them was seamless, from organizing a visit to my home to provide me with hardwood floor samples and an estimate on costs and installation times, to the work itself, which was flawless. Carlos, the owner, came to my home and patiently listened to my concerns regarding "new wood color matching old refinished wood" and color matching with the wood in the other nearby rooms. He discussed the key steps his company takes to ensure high quality.
