I had a great experience at Castro Auto Repair.Juan was excellent very helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood what was going on with my car and helped make the whole repair process much easier. I really appreciate the honest and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Castro Auto Repair Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop!
Our cars AC stopped working right before we are supposed to head back to San Francisco. We called on a Sunday and they said they can take a look right away. They called us back half an hour later and told us what was wrong with our car. Great customer service and they’re so friendly. We left with keychains and 49er cup since they were fans!
Great service super nice owner and workers.
