Very frustrated. I have type 1, juvenile diabetes and use an insulin pump. I called the first time and the person answered the phone and said the “office manager” has to call me back to schedule the first appointment. I work full time and missed their call. Every time I called back, the office manager was not available. Waited six weeks for an appointment. Today was the day. Immediately asked for copay then gave me 30 minutes of paperwork. Thought he was in the process of moving into this new office. Come to find out he was moving out and going 1 and 1/2 hours away! I will not be seeing him again. I can not believe that he didn't know six weeks ago that he was moving. .Took my money fast enough but offered no service. I will be calling my insurance company to advise them NOT to pay this bill.
