My husband and I had an awesome experience with Castriota Chevrolet Elissa McClure was very upfront and really nice. Actually the entire staff "Pete" can't say enough about him. BEWARE!!!! Castriota Chevrolet is not a dealership you want to deal with. They do not stand behind there word. Do not take a WE OWE from them, as it is not worth the paper it is on. If there is a issue to be resolved have it done before signing, better yet SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! We have spoken with several people that have had similar issues and more. After I had a recall repair, my airbag light was on. I was told to return because they forgot to reboot something. When I returned I was told the recall was never done (though I have a receipt), that the airbag light was already on (lie) and that I would have to pay for the airbag problem they caused! I will not be returning and do not recommend.
