I used to teach Pilates and strength/balance classes out of Castor fitness. Left for my new place Dec 2024. It's a great place to workout: high quality dance floor with BARRE and mirrors, great lighting&sound, a heater and fans. There's even a shower in the bathroom and a reception area to take your shoes off before class. You must climb about six steps with the railing to enter the building, although there is a wheelchair ramp around the back through a sliding glass door if needed.
