They have missed every single deadline and project milestone. Their communication is spotty. On-site meeting appointments are not honored - no show, and no response to customer calls and emails. They have not delivered according to the contract. They write long-winded emails full of apology, but light on delivery.Look elsewhere. This company is poorly run and seems to be chaotic. We worked with Castor Construction on a kitchen remodel and installing new porcelain floors throughout our home (2,600 sq. ft.). We were impressed by their attention to detail, starting out with the 3D rendering as well as the itemization of the costs for the scope of work. My wife and I received three quotes (including Castor Construction), and we were surprised in the lack of detail from each except for Castor Construction.
