I had a great experience recently with Castone. My 25 year old house has a huge fireplace covered in a stone veneer. Over the years water has gotten in behind the stone and lead to a large area of veneer falling off the top of the chimney. Russell and Eric came out and inspected the damage. Within a couple of weeks Castone sent two masons with scaffolding to replace the lost stone over 20 feet above the ground. We had three fireplaces re-done, replacing ventless boxes with vented, and Castone did the stone on all of them. From the beginning of the project, we liked the communication and friendliness of everyone we dealt with - especially Meghann and Kent. The work itself was outstanding. The crew was meticulous and worked hard to keep everything neat and clean, which was no small feat.
