I rented from Eastpoointe lakes in Blacklick and they were amazing. Got full deposit back.
Notorious deposit takers. I received a bill of $18.86 for "miscellaneous." The 250 to 500 dollars they ask for a deposit might as well be included in the rent. I lived in a community near New Albany, OH. Because nobody ever sees it again. I called Stanley Steamer to clean the carpet. I, also, had a professional cleaning crew spot clean the townhouse, before I moved out. Maybe, if I painted and pulled the carpet myself the bill, may have only came up to $8.86.
Hello apartment seekers, if you are planning to move to any Casto community; I would tell you to keep some money aside.
