Castners were very polite but $800 just for a diagnosis is excessive.
I really thought hard whether to leave a review. But I feel that I must. I brought my car with for several mostly electric/computer related issues. They could not find anything wrong. What they did, however, is they broke my rear driver side window mechanism. And they decided to not tell me about it. So I picked up my car and was on my way to work when I found that I can't close the rear window. That was sketchy and unprofessional. I don't think I will be coming back again.
5 stars on efficiency, and 5 stars on price. After 2 previous auto repair quotes, Castner’s gave my the best price and a speedy repair. 2001 Toyota Sequoia
