Very disappointing. We met numerous times with Castlewood's owner and architect about designing and building a new home. However, they "dropped the ball" when it came to follow up. After being told we would hear back in three business days with final drawings, it has now been nearly four weeks and they have not responded despite my numerous attempts to reach out to them by way of the phone and email. We had a great experience with Castlewood for our new build. The team was very organized throughout the planning process. Our designer, Sam McIntire, was fantastic and really understood our aesthetic. We hired our own inspector throughout the process and the inspector also felt that the build was very high quality. We are very happy with the final product!
