Although they may be a reputable company, they have not demonstrated respect for neighboring properties. They have built two homes in our neighborhood—one directly next door and another down the street—and throughout one project, their workers repeatedly threw trash over our fence, even joking about it. Very disappointing. We met numerous times with Castlewood's owner and architect about designing and building a new home. However, they "dropped the ball" when it came to follow up. After being told we would hear back in three business days with final drawings, it has now been nearly four weeks and they have not responded despite my numerous attempts to reach out to them by way of the phone and email.
