I chose Castlerock because it is marketed as a luxury apartment community that offers residents comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected that image. Recently, my vehicle was vandalized while parked on the property in the assigned carport. Someone attempted to break into it and damaged the ignition so severely that my key could no longer be inserted, leaving my car inoperable and requiring an insurance claim and tow. Beautiful place and nice staff but they ended up keeping most of my $400 security deposit even though I left it exactly how I got the place and when I asked for an itemized receipt - the $400 was for ‘painting for wear and tear’…..which is absurd. None of the walls needed to be painted. Looks like other reviews have said the same thing. Scammers!
Tina greeted me with a smile and a kind demeanor. She escorted me to Lindsie her Leasing Specialist. Lindsie took me on a tour and answered all my questions. She was so friendly and helpful! Definitely setting the standard showing excellent hospitality! Thank you both!!!!
My father and I were skeptical and nervous moving into an apartment; however, Castlerock has made our experience super easy and welcoming! Lindsey was a good tour guide and made our process from the start to finish line very enjoyable! We already feel at home and welcomed by the team. Thanks for the welcome gift as well!
