I would like to thank Dr Maha Mikhail for her kindness and professionalism. I visited several doctors before but I felt that no one really listened or understood my pain. Dr Maha was the only doctor who took the time to listen carefully and understand my situation. She was very supportive and helpful. I truly appreciate her care and I highly recommend her.
Unfortunately, the reception experience at Castlereagh Street Medical Centre is very poor. If you are not Arabic, the waiting time seems to be excessive , 3 hours or more — even when you have a confirmed booking through the doctor. The doctors themselves are good, but the reception (who is in her 50s) and customer service have seriously damaged the reputation of this medical centre.
