Unfortunately, the reception experience at Castlereagh Street Medical Centre is very poor. If you are not Arabic, the waiting time seems to be excessive , 3 hours or more — even when you have a confirmed booking through the doctor. The doctors themselves are good, but the reception (who is in her 50s) and customer service have seriously damaged the reputation of this medical centre. I'm not satisfied about this place, I book for 2:20 pm. I came at 2:00pm ,Wait until 3:00 pm and no one call me yet, Everyone have responsibility to do something. I left my work. that's the 3rd time they are doing with me.
This place is a joke, your doctors start at 9, I book for 9:40. Wait until 10:55 until I just left. They call at 11:15. How can your doctor be that behind after only starting and you say nothing. Don't waste your time coming here.
When it comes to you being sick and knowing all the symptons. I obviously know i need antibiotics and they say they dont take phone consultations anymore. That is ridiculous. I have 2 kids, I dont drive, its pouring down rain. And they still want me to come in to get antibiotics. Im not coming here anymore. I do like Dr maha she is amazing and a great doctor !! Dr Lambert doesn't seem to think about things like this when its pouring down rain, no license and still wanting me to come in the rain with 2 kids. Ill just call 13 ... read more
