When it comes to you being sick and knowing all the symptons. I obviously know i need antibiotics and they say they dont take phone consultations anymore. That is ridiculous. I have 2 kids, I dont drive, its pouring down rain. And they still want me to come in to get antibiotics. Im not coming here anymore. I do like Dr maha she is amazing and a great doctor !! Dont book a phone consultation. Very unreliable. I booked one and failed to get a phone call at the specified time. Never going here again

The other reviews about the wait are right—they don't care if you have an appointment. They prioritize walk-ins and have no respect for your time. I had to wait 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist didn't even bother to tell us how many people were ahead of me. When I confronted her after an hour, she claimed she told me beforehand, but I know she did not because I wouldn't be this disappointed otherwise.
