This place is a joke, your doctors start at 9, I book for 9:40. Wait until 10:55 until I just left. They call at 11:15. How can your doctor be that behind after only starting and you say nothing. Don't waste your time coming here.
When it comes to you being sick and knowing all the symptons. I obviously know i need antibiotics and they say they dont take phone consultations anymore. That is ridiculous. I have 2 kids, I dont drive, its pouring down rain. And they still want me to come in to get antibiotics. Im not coming here anymore. I do like Dr maha she is amazing and a great doctor !! Dr Lambert doesn't seem to think about things like this when its pouring down rain, no license and still wanting me to come in the rain with 2 kids. Ill just call 13 ... read more
Dont book a phone consultation. Very unreliable. I booked one and failed to get a phone call at the specified time. Never going here again

The other reviews about the wait are right—they don't care if you have an appointment. They prioritize walk-ins and have no respect for your time. I had to wait 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. The receptionist didn't even bother to tell us how many people were ahead of me. When I confronted her after an hour, she claimed she told me beforehand, but I know she did not because I wouldn't be this disappointed otherwise.
