The technician who did the scan was good but very poor reception service. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no respect or willingness to assist.
Great staff and they supported my anxiety
I had a bone scan here and was so impressed with Kim. I was apprehensive as I hadn't had anything like it before. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly to put me at ease. The girls on reception were also very friendly and approachable. A very professional business
My elderly mother had two appointments made by Tamworth hospital for scans. She went into the Tamworth Castlereagh imaging after leaving hospital to book them in. She was told by one of the staff they could do them the next day and they would bulk bill her. She was so relieved and spoke highly of the woman she spoke to. BUT when the day came to have them done she said the staff were different and very rude and dismissive and charged her for both scans!
