Pros: Rooms were immaculate and they sent me back an item left behind. Cons: They gave a man the key to my room without asking me. Worse still, they initially gave him the key to a stranger's room. That's dangerous! The second time I stayed (alone), a man in the foyer started asking me questions about how long I was staying etc (in front of another male visitor), with no context. At $2039 for 3 nights, i was expecting the royal treatment. I dropped my bags in early which was fine. But at checkin geez anything but royal, rude, unenthusiastic young girl. Stuck in lift with another guest why we waved our keys madly looking like idiots trying to let our level selection work. Floor has no room directional signage so it’s a 50/50 try left try right and find your room. Staff is nice, and the location is convenient. Definitely not a 4-star for sure. The bathroom railings are rusty, and the carpet/room have that distinctive old place smell.
