I want to start by expressing my deepest gratitude to the pediatrician here Dr. Megan Schlorff. She is kind, knowledgeable, and showed great compassion during our son's autism diagnosis. We felt truly supported by her care and willingness to answer any of our questions during that pivitol moment for our family. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this clinic is a significant deterrent. Dr Siddhu is amazing
The waiting time so long. It is very hard to get wait for more than a hour with small kids. They should give appointments accordingly. There should not be waiting for more than a hour for a scheduled appointment.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Pinkal patel. She was rude and unwelcoming toward my child, and when my other child made noise (which is normal for kids), she reacted by making faces and acting unprofessionally. This felt discriminatory and not appropriate for a pediatric setting. I will not be returning and do not recommend this doctor. However, Nurse Kelsee was wonderful. She was kind, patient, played with my kids, and did the skin test in a very gentle and caring way.
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ZERO, I WOULD!!! My son was referred here for an allergy test. My toddler and I sat in the waiting room for over an hour despite having an appointment . Dr. Patel has no sense have urgency OR empathy for her clients. When I brought my concerns to her, her exact words were “I know but you still have to wait”. I will never recommend and told my family doctor to never recommend her or her office again. Also.
